Advancements in genomic technologies have enabled researchers, scientists and doctors across the world to perform high-throughput experiments which generate massive amounts of data. The data generated needs efficient analysis and interpretation. Despite the availability of a vast set of computational tools and methods for genomic data analysis in public, it is still challenging for an experimental biologist/clinicians/diagnostic centres to organise these tools, integrate them into workable pipelines, and perform the actual analysis.
We aim to accelerate genomics by developing genome-informatics solutions to analyse, interpret and report high-throughput, next generation genomics datasets.

Our Team
Dr. Deeksha Bhartiya
She brings with her over a decade of experience in the field of Genome Informatics. She is a PhD in bioinformatics from CSIR-Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology with over 9 years of experience post-Phd. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing genomic solutions. She has immense experience of working in prestigious national and international labs.
She has been instrumental in setting up the operations and management of our company. She is a PhD in molecular biology and has been working since the inception of Genomiki.
Mr. Sourabh Kumar
He has a background in Bioinformatics and extensive experience in whole genome sequencing analysis from AIIMS, New Delhi. He brings expertise in Genome sequencing and big data management and is responsible for developing pipelines for the analysis and interpretation of large genomic data sets.
Ms. Padmini Nayak
She has a Masters degree in Bioinformatics and experience in analysis. She has expertise in various genomic analysis techniques, including next-generation sequencing and analysis from AIIMS, New Delhi. Her role in the company is to provide insights into the genomic data platform and to guide the development of new bioinformatics services.
